Join Parks & Rec and the Sherwood YMCA for a day of fun, fitness, and wellness at our Healthy Kids Day event! This family-friendly event is designed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for children of all ages. Come and enjoy a morning filled with exciting activities, educational stations, and interactive demonstrations that will inspire and empower your kids to make positive choices for their well-being.

- Free | No Registration Required
- Stop by Universal Plaza anytime between 10:00 AM - Noon
- Visit every booth to complete an event passport and be entered to win prizes! Prizes will be announced at 11:30 AM
- Family Movement Demonstration at 10:30 AM
- Fanno Creek Nature Walk with Tualatin Riverkeepers at 11:15 AM
- Enjoy lunch after the event at one of the Launch Pod Food Trucks!
