Spend an evening in the kitchen with Chef Will Nolan of Blacksalt Hospitality, who will prepare a delicious three-course meal of Northern Italian specialties. The menu includes Agnolotti del Plin (stuffed pasta with spinach and ricotta in a butter sage sauce); Osso Bucco all Milanese (braised veal shanks, risotto milanese, braised tomatoes, gremolata); and Torta Barozzi (chocolate & almond tart) with cherry gelato. Guests will enjoy watching the chef prepare and demonstrate parts of the meal while he shares stories. A selection of wines will be served along with the dinner for an additional fee (21 and over only).
