The Healthy Eating Program is a fun and interactive hour learning course about basic cooking and kitchen skills as well as healthy recipes (easy to replicate at home). Teens will be able to learn some nutritional components and how to create their own recipes. Teens will also take a trip to the Crossroad's Farmers market and learn about growing and purchasing the right foods. Instruction will be provided by Crossroads Food Network. TPRD will provide transportation to the Community Kitchen. Please meet in the Teen Lounge. We will depart sharply at 3:30pm!
