Description
This program is an extension of our summer competitive swim program designed to keep our swimmers in shape over the winter/spring. This is not a swim lesson program. The Spring Maintenance Program consists of length/lap swimming and is geared towards our CBSC swimmers who will be competing in BCSSA swim meets during the summer of 2024. It is open to CBSC swimmers aged 7-15 who are able to swim at least 300 meters (12 laps).
CBSC training sessions are two days/week at Grandview Aquatic Centre.
Fridays 4:00-5:00pm; AND
Sunday 4:00-5:00pm.
You must have a CBSC 2023 membership.
