About this event
Take some time for yourself to slow down, reflect, and give your body an opportunity to recover with yoga at NESS. Join Mia, an Education Specialist here at NESS, for weekly yin/restorative yoga in our Sailing Center. The goal of these classes is to create space for mindful movement, meditation, and a true break from the constant “what do I have to do next?” mentality of our society. Mia completed her RYT-200 through Northeast Power Yoga in 2020 and Applying Yin to Yoga with Kiesha Battles and Candace A. Jennings in 2023. Come unwind, breathe, and reset with our welcoming community. Registration is required, as space is limited.
