Learn to implement the new coding curriculum in a classroom setting with this fun and lively workshop, taught by teachers for teachers. In this program, you will: * Learn to teach coding in a K-8 class using fun, engaging lessons that are easy for both students and instructors to understand * Examine the coding curriculum for each grade, breaking it down to better understand individual terms and expectations * Receive access to a share folder full of fun, detailed resources that can be used in classrooms right away! INCLUDING FRENCH RESOURCES! * Learn a diverse range of instructional techniques and programming ideas that allow teachers more flexibility in how they teach coding, both online and off This program is led by experienced classroom teachers, with an eye toward demonstrating how coding expectations can be cross-curricularly integrated with other subjects, from math to language to art
