Description
Strengthen the relationship between your mind and body. This gentle movement class combines meditation, breath work, energy balancing (Reiki), and essential oils to help you improve your relationship with your body and get moving in a way that releases stagnant energy and reduces stress. No experience is needed! Bring your yoga mat, favorite blanket, journal, and anything that will help you get comfortable.Workshop located at the Willamalane Adult Activity Center (215 W. C St.)
