Description
Learn how to make fermented pickles, salsa, hot sauce, non-alcoholic beverages, and corned beef. Take home giardiniera and habanero hot sauce to finish fermenting. Bring a clean, wide-mouth pint jar with a lid or $1 to purchase one from the instructor.
