Tragumna Island swim will be run this year in aid of West Cork Rapid Response and the Irish Community Air Ambulance. There will be three options to swim, a 2k swim around a marked course for advanced swimmers, a 750 m swim around Tragumna Island for Intermediate swimmers and a 450 m to the island for beginners. All proceeds from the swim will go to the nominated Charities. Insurance for the event provided by The Wild Atlantic Pool. This event is organised by the Lough Hyne Lappers.
Donations to our charaties can be made on the day.
Event details and schedule
Swim will start at 19:15 on Friday evening the 1st of July. Limited registration will be available on the day. All participants to sign on prior to the event from 17:30 18:30. Event briefing at 18:45. Parents of all under 16 participants to sign waver prior to sign on the day.
