Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.

This gentle class combats stress, improves circulation and enhances flexibility through gentle relaxing poses and breathing techniques. Ideal for those with mobility and balance challenges - all postures are done standing near or seated in a chair.
