About this event
This comprehensive in-person series combines the latest information from Labor & Birth, Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding, presented through the lens of Lamaze's Six Care Practices to Promote Normal Birth. This technique is especially recommended for those wanting hands-on practice with coping techniques for a low-intervention birth. Our new 4-week format features a flipped curriculum, meaning families will study ahead, doing readings and Google Classroom lessons. This allows class time to be dedicated to practicing what you’ve learned and asking questions, rather than to lectures. Home study time will be about 1.5 to 2 hours weekly.
