Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.

Interval training, simulating various terrain on a stationary bike is an effective and non-impact cardio work-out. You are in control of the bike resistance, so the class is accessible to a wide-range of exercise abilities.
