PISTOL MOUNTED OPTICS This 2-day Red Dot Pistol class is designed to implement the use of a reflexive sight on a pistol in multiple applications. Students must already be proficient with handgun safety, operation and function. Students will develop skills necessary to properly use a reflexive sight both two handed and single handed. They will also improve on the skills and knowledge to successfully negotiate around obstacles and shoot on the move. Over the 2 day course, students will record shooting data to compare their performance with back up iron sights and the reflexive sight. This course will also cover equipment, policy considerations and guide lines for establishing a training curriculum.
