Table Tennis also known as Ping Pong, is a great way to stimulate the brain and promote quick thinking and decision making while improving hand-eye coordination, agility, flexibility, and reaction time. Table tennis can be enjoyed people of all ages and fitness levels. This is a free, drop-in program. No reservations are accepted. Paddles are available to use or bring your own.
