Description
Shallow Water Fitness Shallow Water Fitness is a low-impact water exercise class which promotes a cardiovascular workout and strengthening of muscles with little resistance. This class is open to all adults. Bathing suits are required.Due to the high demand in our aquatic classes, changes, credits, or transfers cannot be made within seven days of the start date.
