Girls and boys, join us to discover the intersection of design, engineering, structures, and technology! Campers construct DIY projects like gum drop structures, a hot air balloon and rockets, plus their own gadget from scrap materials. Make musical instruments and learn about sound waves and frequencies; assemble a Cybercrawler robot and program it; construct a clock and a light box. Build to your heart’s content: sculptures, structures, and contraptions like spirals, parks, trains, boats, and ball runs from Keva planks. And...finally discover crazy circuitry as you use Makey Makey to complete electrical circuits with odd items – like playdough, bananas, or liquids! The skills learned such as crafting, tinkering, assembly, building, design, and electronics allow YOU to go on to build more sophisticated inventions, creations, and masterpieces!
