Description
Cardio and Strength- combined seated and standing exercises utilizing elastic strength bands, hand weights, and a lightweight rubber ball. Exercise intensity may be done individually adjusted to meet participants physical capacity.
Senior Stretch- Emphasizes breathing, stretching and balance (or stability) exercises. All classes are low impact classes developed by Silver Sneakers specifically for seniors and include a chair for seating or stability.
