We teach students to build and program robots using Lego Mindstorms Robotics. LEGO MINDSTORMS lets you unleash a world of walking, talking, and thinking robots where designs are the only limit to with their imagination. Campers will have a chance to build from instruction manuals and to also build their own designs. We will start with building a Rover Car and building a PlotBot (drawing robot) to learn the basics of assembling, coding, investigating, testing, and troubleshooting. We will learn from the basics to then more advanced programming blocks including color and touch sensors. Our robots will move, talk, play music, dance, draw and much more.
