Description
Individuals will be shown basics of cardio and plated weight machines and their functions in the UIW Wellness Center. Sessions last approximately 30-45 minutes. Fitness orientations will be conducted with a certified personal trainer and are free for current UIW Students, Faculty, and staff as well as current Wellness Center members.
Individuals will meet their personal trainer in the Wellness Center in Office 111.
