Yo-Chi combines Yoga and T'ai Chi in alternating segments, to create a powerful movement experience. Yoga asanas enhance structural stability and strength while T'ai Chi forms increase mobility, coordination, and balance in motion. In Yo-Chi, Yoga takes the individual to an internal space while T'ai Chi focuses the class on moving and functioning as a group. The result is a collaborative n relaxing fusion of ancient art-forms providing a functional cross-training format.
