Description
Start off your Saturdays with full body exercises in this fun and challenging 50-minute class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Additional reminders:
• Bring water and your own mat, if preferred.
• Classes are for individuals 15 years of age and older.
For Your Safety:
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available at check in.
We Encourage You To:
