We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
Our year round programs provide training in critical self defense skills and foundational athletic abilities. Through progressive drill, competition and one on one interaction, students will become competent and confident in the martial arts.
Our mission is to empower our students to achieve their own physical, mental and emotional goals through functional martial arts training in an environment that fosters fun, camaraderie, and community.
