Description
Need to relax? Want to reconnect with nature in a new way? Join an interpretive naturalist for this simple Japanese method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees. We will meet and learn a few tips, then walk to the trail for guided mindfulness activities. The program includes hiking on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Part of this program includes sitting on the ground (mats provided); please contact us if you need a chair. Dress for the weather. The meeting point will be emailed after registration.
