Description
We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Sunday, April 7, 2024.
April 7 is National Beaver Day. Did you know that beavers eat wood and slap their tails to signal danger? Join an interpretive naturalist on a hike to learn about North America’s largest rodent and the very important connection they have to Illinois past and present. The program will also include beaver-themed activities and crafts. The hike will be 0.5 mile on paved and natural surface trails over uneven terrain. Isle a la Cache Museum is an accessible facility.
