If you don't know which level your child should be enrolled in, please contact us. ##Please do not misrepresent your child's age to meet the application requirements. Otherwise, your registration will be cancelled and or you will be required to pay $15 of a transfer fee for the transfer class. #Please be considered to choose your choice of time and course level to register and also review the withdrawal/refund policy before registration. ##Otherwise, all withdrawal/refund cancellation request will be charged the administration fee. (Need to make change or transfer to the other course schedules, please inform our staff members and call 604.668.6532 or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca. ##Do not re-register the same level and other schedules). ##If you need any assistance for the online registration. Please email sleung@sd38.bc.ca or call 604.668.6532 *Notice: In case the course could not be run in a classroom (face to face instruction), due to conditions, we reserve the right to offer the course virtually or Hybrid Mode. ###Withdrawal/Refund Policy: 1. All refund/Withdrawal requests must be received BEFORE the second session of the course date, and within 4 days of the course start date. It is subjected to a processing charge of 15% of the course fees for withdrawal. (Email: sleung@sd38.bc.ca) 2. No refund after the Second session. (Refund or transfer request will NOT be accepted on site before or during second class session.) 3. No tuition deduction/reimbursement or refund or make up class for any absence or mis-behavior. 4. A handling fee of $15 will be charged for any transfer requests, for rescheduling to another class or other instructors. 5. If you received the booklet (Read/Write class). The cost is $20. For Conversational class, the book fee is $40. #Please login your account again to check the course receipt after registered. which is including classroom number, location, course schedules and No class dates and etc., ## If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please notify your teacher as far in advance as possible or email sleung@sd38.bc.ca. ###If a student misses a test/quiz/lesson, the school will not schedule a make-up class or make-up test.
