Similar to an Amish village, this community has a pottery house, a blacksmith shop, a cheese-making house, a gristmill, a woodworking and fine furniture-making shop, basketmaking shop and a fiber-crafts cottage with spinning, knitting and weaving. It also includes a 550-acre farm, raising its own crops and farming with draft animals. Bring money for lunch onsite at Café Homestead.
