This activity is closed to further registration.
Exercise Program for seniors consisting of light weights, stretch bands, lots of stretching, walking. To reduce the risk of injury, we suggest you consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program. As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
