Description
Come exercise in the sunshine and start your weekend off right with this high energy, core-strengthening water fitness class. Featuring exercises to build cardio endurance and full-body strength; this class takes place in shallow water and is set to feel-good music. Meet your fitness goals while eliminating joint impact! Class will take place at Idlewild Pool on Saturdays at 12pm.
No class Saturday, June 1 or 22.
