We're sorry, but online registration is not open for this activity.Drop-in fitness classes and drop-in swim are FREE with your YMCA of Regina membership, or available with a day pass purchase (for non-members). Capacity is limited, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For other programs, please contact us during regular business hours for further information.
Group Training is accessed by setting up your own group and workout times with a Personal Trainer. Each Group Training package includes a free consultation with your Personal Trainer to help tailor your program and determine your group's workout schedule.
