Come see why Stand Up Paddle Boards are all the rage. They are an easy and fun way to exercise while seeing part of Bay few get to enjoy. This class is geared to those who have never tried a SUP or want tips on how to be successful. We teach proper form, maneuvering and how to navigate the inner harbor/Bair Island.
SUP is a full body workout and a chance to play on the water. No prior water sport experience is needed, learn to love SUP while exploring Bair Island!
Participants 13-17 years old are welcome but must be accompanied by a paid adult.

Participants need to bring a towel and water bottle; and sign the BIAC waiver.
Participants must bring their own personal floatation device (PFD) if they have one. We have some available, if needed.
