Description
We are excited to invite you to experience LEMO Recharge; a Recovery & Wellness focused space. We offer access to a variety of cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance your body's natural ability to recover, promote well-being, and increase vitality. Participants will actively use and learn about our technologies: full-body cryotherapy, redlight therapy, dynamic compression massage, Vasper technology, BEMER, and more. Our vision for all participants is to leave with the understanding of how they can integrate these technologies and practices to improve their everyday life. Session focal points include: Mental Health & Wellness - Physiological Wellness, Recovery & Circulation, Longevity & Anti-aging (sleep), and Performance (feel your best, no matter your age).
