Description
Enjoy top-flight instruction from the staff of Stanford Hall of Famer John Whitlinger and longtime Stanford/USPTA Pro Tom Sarsfield. Youth and adult classes of 3-6 students will consist of six 55 minute lessons. Students provide own rackets.
ADULT NOVICE TENNIS Special Service, only 3-6 players! Develop the essential techniques with emphasis on control, depth, and direction. Lessons will also incorporate rules, sportsmanship, and basic doubles play.
IMPORTANT: In case of rain, contact the recreation dept. at 650 780-7311 within the hour before scheduled starting time for class status or check with the instructor by visiting WhitlingerSarsfieldTennis.com for contact information. If at any time the instructor is absent, report to the next scheduled lesson for makeup date. NO POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE INITIATED BY THE INSTRUCTOR OR THE REC. DEPT. Unless notified to the contrary, make up lessons will be forwarded to the next normal meeting day and time. However, Fridays (for weekday lessons) or Sundays (for weekend lessons) may be used at the instructor’s discretion. NOTE: If an earlier class is postponed due to rain, all the following classes may also be postponed that day even if the courts become dry.Scroll down for important program information.
