Fusion Beatz's Xtrim Bollywood Fitness program believes in the mantra of Bollywood DANCE FITNESS workout using 3 core components of exercise: aerobics, strengthening and flexibility to create a complete total body workout. Our program consists of fun, high-energy Indian music and dance. The infectious rhythms, partnership, atmosphere, movements and music come together and create one of the most satisfying fitness experiences you will ever have!
