This class is tailored to suit pregnant and new-mommy bodies, with clear modifications to match your trimester and personal needs. Ourbeautiful Mamas -To-Be can now exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancies and experience all benefits of the Barre.If you’ve recently welcomed a new baby into the world – congratulations! Once you’re ready to jump back into exercise, this class is agreat place to start your postnatal fitness journey. Our workouts are designed to help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor strengthin a safe way.
Participants must wear a face mask.
Wear sticky (grippy) socks. Socks can be purchased at the studio.
