Outdoor Yoga & Grandfather TeachingsSaturday, June 8 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.Join Mètis Yoga instructor Audrey and connect to the earth, your breath, and surroundings, through an outdoor yoga practice that takes you through the 7 Grandfather Teachings. You are sure to find peace, and a deeper understanding of these teachings, and yourself.
No Yoga experience required. Bring your mats and water bottle.
This program takes place at the Kerry Wood Nature Centre.
Ages 16 & Up.$3/personPre-registration required by 7:30 p.m on Thursday, June 6.
