Who doesn’t love food? It’s fun to make, it’s fun to eat, it’s fun to study. That’s right! There is a lot of science that goes into the everyday foods that you love. Each day we will do a different science experiment/activity to explore the principles of food science. This may involve cooking, sensory analysis, and laboratory experiments. Sign up to join the fun!
