Taught by Bri LeBuff Designed for adults (16 and older) who have completed Intro to Silks with Bti LeBuff. Learn all the basics on silks including climbs, foot locks, hip keys, short sequences, and strengthening exercises that target and develop the muscles needed for beginning inversions. Expect light bruising and a tough workout! *Please be aware that this class features different levels of students; however, you will learn moves according to your specific level and ability. What to wear: Fitted clothing (zipper free), No jewelry. 16+
