This is NOT your average aerobics class. Join one of our long-time instructors, Andy, in this 'feel-good' workout that fuses Latin & International music and dance themes with fast and slow rhythms to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance during the first segment of 45-minutes. The second segment of 30-minutes will blend more strength training techniques using hand weights (optional) to better tone the body and enhance intensity. No dance experience necessary and all fitness levels welcome.
