Experience the small, ballet-inspired movements of Barre with strength training and core conditioning techniques plus the cardio benefits of low-impact High-Intensity Interval Training. This workout that will generate some heat, raise your heart rate, build endurance and tone the body. Class will open with a Yoga warm-up and close with an abdominal focused segment and Yoga cool down. This workout is modifiable, providing variations to accommodate and challenge all levels of fitness, beginners to experienced/advanced. Facemasks must be worn at all times.
