Specific movements and sounds along with rhythmic breathing are combined in each class to prevent and manage symptoms of these neurological disorders. Class is taught from a chair with options to stand. Very light weights may be used along with other muscle activation techniques to either improve or maintain neuromuscular pathways and stimulate the brain's gray matter. This class is inclusive to address other neurological and nerve disorders including: MS, TBI, stroke, nerve damage, etc. This class will be offered In Person and Virtually.
