Brick training is a combination of interval training consisting of running and swimming. Students will learn to build strength and cardiovascular balance through this small group training session. The class will focus on balance and alignment, including strength training swim portion to holistic health and wellness.
Due to the CDC COVID-19 physical distancing guidelines the instructor will maintain 6 foot distance from the class participants. Class size will be limited to ensure proper physical distancing between participants.
