For individuals ages 13 to adult. Instruction and workout for men and women who want to improve swimming endurance, and techniques. Participants must be able to swim and work independently in deep water. Great for triathletes who want to improve their swimming. Masks are required on deck until entering the pool.
This is a 4 week session.
