Tai Chi Chih is a mindfulness meditation practice consisting of 19 gentle movements and one pose. This practice circulates and balances the vital energy within us, which improves balance, strength, promotes healthy joints, stimulates the immune system, and reduces stress. This class is for students who have previously learned basic Tai Chi movements and want to deepen and refine their practice. The class will be led by a certified Tai Chi Chih instructor. Class will be offered via Zoom. Meeting instructions will be emailed a few days before the class start date.
