Description
Concerned for your personal safety? Single? College student? Travel for business? During this training hour you will be taught quick releases and proven self-defense techniques. Instructor has over 25 years of experience and has worked with law enforcement and special ops groups. Participants should wear comfortable clothing for this practical hands-on class which develops personal safety through knowledge and physical moves. No prior training necessary.
