Description
College bound? Travel for business? Concerned for your personal safety around home? During this training hour you will be taught quick releases and proven self-defense techniques. Instructor has over 20 years of experience and has worked with law enforcement and special ops groups. Participants should wear comfortable clothing for this practical hands on class which develops personal safety through knowledge and physical moves. Beginners welcome. Facemasks are recommended.
