Water boxing is a low-impact exercise program that helps those with disabilities through individualized and personalized strength training and social coaching. This affordable adapted fitness program promotes optimal health and well-being with the help of certified trainers in a group setting. Classes are designed for any fitness level; however, anyone who is unable to follow instructions must bring a shadow person.

We believe in adaptive fitness so there is no hard requirement as such. But someone absolutely not able to follow instructions will need to bring their shadow person.
