The benefits of bicycling for adults are numerous. Join two long-time cyclists for this fun and informative class. We'll cover getting you and your bike properly prepared, review bike safety, and talk about some great places to bike in Plano. Also, if you're in the market for a new bike, we'll give you some tips on selecting the right one. For class participants, there will also be an optional ride with the Instructors during the week following the class.
