This 1-hour workshop is led by a licensed physical therapist and personal trainer. You will learn about osteoporosis and osteopenia and why bone health should be a priority after the age of 40. During this workshop, you will learn why women are more susceptible to osteoporosis, and practical strategies to increase your bone density and reduce your risk of fractures.
