From the moment we are born, our magnificent brain starts to develop and build connections which increases our ability to learn and perform in all facets of life. However by age 30, we start a gradual decline. This presentation helps us understand how our brain ages and what we can do to promote brain health to stay sharp, focused, and vibrant.
