Description
Group training is a great way stay motivated and accountable; however, if groups are too large, the trainer can't respond to individual needs. This often leads to improper form, injury, burnout, and lack of fitness results. Discover your inner athlete in a motivating nonjudgmental zone with a heart pumping workout! We'll focus on circuit-based weight training, plyo work, and strength based movements specifically tailored to your fitness level. Get ready to chisel your body and torch calories.
